We collect customers’ names, email, and phone numbers when they book with us. We hold and process personal data to give you confirmation and information about your online booking. We use OSbooking Services as our booking software which holds your contact information. When you make a booking we will send you a confirmation email and after your trip, we may email you a ‘Thank you’ note. DATA RETENTION We will store your personal data on record and process it in accordance with this privacy policy until you either withdraw consent or because there is no legitimate reason for us to retain this data.
